Why should you RSVP one week in advance? We encourage you to register in advance to help us accurately plan for the number attending the luncheon. It is important for the hotel to have an accurate count to insure everyone gets a seat and complete meal. This helps us stay on schedule for attendees with a 1 hour lunch break.
