LIGHT WEIGH

A Light Weigh orientation will be held Thursday, Jan. 5, at 7 p.m., at St. Louis Church parish hall in Bayou Blue. Light Weigh is designed to help participants overcome temptation and eat foods they enjoy, while growing closer to God and losing weight. The Light Weigh program is a Bible study and DVD series.
