Standards for Excellence Recertification

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux (CCHT) is a recipient of the Standards for Excellence Institute Seal of Excellence for successfully completing the rigorous voluntary certification program.  CCHT was originally certified by LANO in 2004 and recertified in 2007.  The 2012 recertification is by the Standards for Excellence.  The Maryland Nonprofits and Standard for Excellence Institute National Advisory Board oversees the Standards for Excellence Institute.

CCHT is proud to display this Seal of Excellence awarded by the Standards for Excellence Institute. Certification is bestowed only to the most well-managed and responsibly governed nonprofit organizations that have demonstrated compliance with 55 specific standards based on honesty, integrity, fairness, respect, trust, responsibility, and accountability. CCHT has met, complied with, and integrated the standards into all its activities, thereby successfully completing this voluntary recertification program.
