CSS coordinates the diocesan assistance to victims of disasters.
In time of natural disasters CSS responds in partnership with local parishes
through the Matthew 25 Program, the Knights of Columbus and St. Vincent de Paul
societies throughout the diocese, as while as in partnership with local and
nation agencies.

Yearly, CSS also sponsors the annual TRAC disaster preparedness guide.
We are also a sponsor of the prototype TRAC/MIT hurricane resistant,
elevated LIFT house and have agreed to sponsor 5 such homes.
