On June 3rd the HR office sponsored a workshop for all pastors and staffs who were affected by the pastor assignments this year, at Lumen Christi Retreat Center. During the morning session the participants reflected on “Saying Our Goodbyes” to the pastors/staffs they would be leaving using a quote from Genesis 16:8 – “Where have you come from and where are you going?” The afternoon session was built on “Moving On: Forming Healthy Alliances”. This session reflected upon Proverbs 11:14, “For lack of guidance a nation falls, but many advisers make victory sure.”
