Hey Chaperones you have a new name! You are more than just a "chaperone" you are a LEADER involed in the faith formation of your teens! So please note that the word "chaperone" will only be used for online registration only. We are phasing out that word, because your presence is too important! All other correspondence will address you as:
Group Leader: Person in charge (Youth Minister or other adult contact person in charge).
Group Team Member: Adults working under the "Group Leader" to help minister to their teens. Group Team Member serve as small group leaders within the group through the duration of the conference. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all Group Team Member undergo small group leader training as this role is critical before, during and after the conference weekend. The Bayou Conference Office will offer small group leader webinar trainings. Area Information |
