SOTB Group Leader Page

Participants must attend as part of a group. A group consists of 1 Group Leader + 1 Adult Group Team Member for every 8-10 Youth Participants, with a minimum of two adults (one male, one female) per group. Adults Must be in compliance with rules of your church parish policies regarding Safe Environment AND be at least 21 years old. Group Registration fees are $145 per registrant ($125 if with the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux).

  1. Payment deadline in May 8th. All unpaid balances are subject to a late fee after May 8th. Contact our office ASAS. This is also the last day to drop spots without penalty.
  2. Group/Participant spots still available. Get your group registered today! Registered Group Leaders, it is not too late to add more spots as more kids are deciding to attend.
  3. Pre-Arrival packets have been mailed. If you have not received yours at the Group mailing address that you provided, contact our office ASAP
  4. Group Ratios: You are only allowed, at maximum, 1 adult per 8 youth. The Group Leader does not count in ratio formulas and young adults are not counted as youth nor chaperones in ratio formulas. If you have too many adults, have them register as volunteers!

Exclusive Design T-shirts Preorders

The Exclusive Design T-shirts (or official youth conference t-shirt that is available from all 18 conferences) can only be pre-purchased (they will NOT be available in the bookstore). The shirts are on sale through May 22, 2012 for $12 each.

  • Group Leaders who have indicated they will pre-order shirts for everyone in their group are listed here.
  • If you wish to place an individual shirt order, click here.
Group Registration Fees
  • $145 per registrant ($125 if within Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux)
  • Payment details & deadlines:
    • Group deposits DUE MARCH 14th, 2012 ($50 per registrant).
    • 1st group payment is due April 11th, 2012 ($50 per registrant).
    • Final group payment is due May 8th, 2012 ($45 per participant out of Diocese/$25 per participant in Diocese).
    • May 8th, 2012, is also the last day you can drop spots
    • Registration will stay open until Conference is full!
    • ALL DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Hotel and Dormitory options are available. We are currently compiling a list of these available options. Please check back later for this list.
Promoting
We are here to help! If you need ideas on how to promote the conference to your youth, please do not hesitate to contact us. We also have promotional materials such as posters, fliers, etc. to assist.
