Hey Chaperones you have a new name! You are more than just a "chaperone" you are a LEADER involed in the faith formation of your teens! So please note that the word "chaperone" will only be used for online registration only. We are phasing out that word, because your presence is too important! All other correspondence will address you as:

Group Leader: Person in charge (Youth Minister or other adult contact person in charge).
Group Team Member: Adults working under the "Group Leader" to help minister to their teens.

The 2012 Steubenville On The Bayou Ministry Team (or part of it) has been announced!!!! Tammy Evevard will be our 2012 host (well, really it should be hostess☺)! Jason & Crystalina Evert and Paul George will be joining us as well as Jose Robles-Sanchez alongside Bishop Sam Jacobs. Paul Hood, Lonnie Lapeyrouse and crew will be leading us in worship. We still have one more speaking team spot that we’re working on filling. You can find all of the information on our team by visiting the Conference Information page!

We also want to invite any adults to contact our office for a promotional packet if you have not already received one. We have posters, brochures and other items that will help you along your Steubenville On The Bayou Conference planning journey!

Lastly, we want to invite all adult women to the upcoming Woman of God Conference January 28 & 29 and men to the Man of God Conference March 2 & 3. These conferences are offered as an opportunity for the adults to renew their spirit faith and spiritual journey. Be sure to take the time to feed yourself spiritually – if we, as adult youth leaders, are not in the right place with God, we cannot lead the youth to the right place. Take time for yourself. For more information, visit www.htconferences.org.

We wish each of you a very Merry Christmas and Blessed New Year. May 2012 be a year filled with the Love of Christ.

God Bless,
Conference Office Staff
