Update: December 4, 2009

Update: November 5, 2009

Due to logistics issues, availability for on-site will be very limited this year.  If your group is planning to use on-site housing, be sure to register early and reserve your spot now.  On-site housing is only available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Nicholls State University is offering housing in the dormitories for a very reasonable rate.  Many local hotels are also offering discounted group rates.  Check back soon for more details.

Mercy Crew updates!  First, REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.  Anyone interested in participating in Mercy Crew can go to the Mercy Crew page and register now.  Second, per your request...we are adding an extra day to the Mercy Crew Retreat Experience.  Mercy Crew participants will now arrive on Tuesday for retreat time through Wednesday.  Then service begins at the Civic Center for Conference setup on Thursday!  Unfortunately, if you are unable to make the full commitment from Tuesday through Sunday you will need to contact our office to see about volunteering for the conference in another capacity.  The strength and full experience of Mercy Crew relies on its participants being present the entire six days!

Update: December 22, 2009
